Children's Day

Yesterday I actually got up at a human hour and went back to the daycare.

Here's Eun-mi teaching an English lesson. Let's get a closer look at what they're doing.
Well, uh. That's... dark...
We played games outside, which was unintentionally hilarious. The kids were supposed to somersault on the mat and then run up to the line and eat an onion chip off of it without using their hands. Well, no one could really figure out how to get the onion chips. Some of them ended up with the chip wedged sideways in their mouth, some tried to gum it to death, some missed the chip entirely and chewed on the rope until a teacher stopped them, and some took a chip in their mouth and tried to walk off with it while it was still attached. And then the rope broke and everything fell on the ground. I was dying laughing.
Next was a different obstacle course - the kids had to climb through a hoop, jump a hurdle, and grab a marshmallow out of a tray without using their hands. Eun-mi and I demonstrated first, but a lot of good that did. Most of the kids fixated on the marshmallows and dodged all the obstacles to get at the sugar as fast as possible.

There was white powder dusted around the marshmallows so the kids could get their pictures taken with it all over their faces. I assumed it was powdered sugar until I ate my marshmallow and found out that it was corn starch. Yuck!
The kids employed me in drawing Pokemon that they then colored in. I'm getting pretty good at it.

  4. English book is base on Story.
It is about The Rabbit and Aligator.
The song looks dark but don't get us wrong. :)
